    • Orders £50 and above: Free Shipping
  • European Union

    • All orders: £7.99
  • International (outside the EU)

    • All orders: £14.99

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with The Perfect Present are carefully prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase. This ensures your gifts are on their way to you without delay.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are typically processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information if applicable.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • European Union: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
  • International: 7–14 working days after dispatch.
